IM=X® Yoga/Stretch

A full-body toning and stretching session using the IM=X® reformer. Burn calories and activate every muscle group with guided sequences.

IM=X® Xercizer (Reformer) Pilates

Our signature and very popular pilates floor workout will strengthen and stretch every muscle group using the IM=X Ring and Body Bar. Your trainer will guide you through IM=X Floor sequences which start with hips and legs, progress to abs and back, move on to shoulders and arms, rest for some stretches and finish with more hips, butt and abs. This is an intense total body workout all done on the mat.


IM=X® Mat/Floor Pilates

The IM=X® Tower program focuses on increasing abdominal strength and conditioning. The sequences use resistance springs attached to the wall for a different twist on reformer Pilates movements. A total body effort!

Im=x Pilates Mansfield is the best exercise I have ever done! From personal trainers, boot camps, and at home workouts!

I’ve been doing Pilates for about a month now and I love it. It has helped motivate me to stay active outside of Pilates and maintain a healthy diet. It was hard for me to work out at the gym because I didn’t have proper guidance but all the instructors here know what they are doing and are oh so helpful during class. They also make the classes enjoyable and I’ve never felt out of place or uncomfortable. I truly enjoy doing this and go twice a week.

Love IM=X Pilates Mansfield! They are on top of everything! Sometimes a workout facility's emphasis is solely on the physical training and the customer service side of the organization suffers. Not so at IMX!! The instructors are kind, engaging, willing to help and there to make sure you have an excellent experience (shout-out to Stephanie, Dalia and Shannon!) every time! All of the instructors at IM=X are amazing! Today Vicki really concentrated on making sure we were in correct form and gave constructive guidance to improve our workout experiences! I love that even though we are in a group setting all of the instructors really pay attention to all the individuals to make sure we are getting the maximum benefit out of our sessions.

After spending 2 years completely sedentary after a back injury, I was skeptical if I could handle, let alone enjoy, working out again. After 1 IM=X class I was hooked! A supportive environment, good music, and plenty of adaptability has kept me coming back for 30+ classes. What is even more shocking is the change in my body. Back and neck pain is significantly reduced and I have ABS again!!!

Hey y’all! Just want to share my experience as to what a game changer Pilates has been. I’m a retired LEO with numerous injuries including spinal fusion’s and both shoulders repaired. Pilates allows me to control my level of resistance and with the guidance of the fabulous trainers, I haves moved up after two months and feel incredible. I am sleeping better and longer hours with less pain and less pain medication. I have lost very little weight but I dropped two pants sizes and two holes on my belts. Oh forgot to mention that I will be 65 very soon. I now doing Pilates 5 times a week with one day Yoga and Pilates. Yes I am now doing Yoga almost daily at home but one day here! Still walking daily but only two miles. Some resent photo’s.

Ive been going to IM=X for a month now and Im loving it. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The instructors are always available and help me with my form. Ive always been hesitant to join a gym or fitness center in fear of not knowing what to do but they have made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Best decision I could have made for myself.

I absolutely love IM=X Pilates in Mansfield All the instructors are amazing and sweet. I truly love them all!! It’s like family when you go there, but they also challenge you and give you the best workout ever. I also love the fact that there are more than just doing A reformer class, which is also one of my favorites, but you’re able to choose if you were looking for a place to start this by far is the best so glad that me and my best friend decided to Start our journey here!  I loved it so much that I even did a private class for my birthday for my friends and their spouses they loved it!

I signed up right after my free session. Welcoming environment,  instructors are super nice, understandable and really work with you. They give you all the knowledge to succeed in pilates and get the results you are looking for.

I've been a member since November 2021 & I absolutely love it! I'm a senior citizen and IMX Pilates has kept me active & healthy. Grateful to the wonderful instructors who have guided me to the intermediate - and sometimes advanced - levels. Try a free class & see what it's all about! Everyone, staff & clients, is very warm & welcoming. Come at least 15 minutes before class starts for your orientation. You won't be able to take the class if you're late & class has begun.

I have such a deep admiration for IM=X that I aim to be there daily. My journey began with Michelle, whose inspiring story resonated with me. She emphasized the importance of consistency, a hurdle I once struggled with. While I enjoyed other group workouts, the post-workout drenching in sweat left me hesitant – I didn't want to wash my hair daily!

IM=X changed the game for me. It provides an exceptional workout that targets those often-neglected muscles, and miraculously, I don't emerge drenched in sweat (my main excuse for skipping workouts). This allows me to seamlessly blend my workout into my daily routine.

It's been about four months now, and I've never felt better or more in tune with my body. The reformer sessions ignite a delightful burn in my legs, my abs experience that invigorating shake, and the stretches with foot loops leave my hips feeling rejuvenated. IM=X has truly transformed my fitness journey.

I hate reading long reviews much less leaving one, but this requires a long explanation….I’m 48 years old dealing with a 15 year old back and hip injury. I’ve been active my entire life, even after my injury. But something changed when I hit my 40’s. My body didn’t seem to want to corporate with me. I started to deal with more joint pain, more back and hip pain which made it very difficult to do my normal CrossFit/Kickboxing/Running. My chiropractor said it was time to let go of the hardcore training and start doing something with way less impact on my body. So I started to do to do calmer workouts. Well my body didn’t like that at all! That was about the time I started to deal with hormone issues so I became less active, weight started to pack on and my body started to hurt even worse. I decided I knew better and went back to CrossFit. Not good!! I don’t know if you’ve ever experienced lifting weights over your head and your hip go out but it’s pretty dang painful!! And just an added note:  I literally could only do 3-5 burpees in a row. Needless to say I had to stop which was very depressing. After that I was having to see my new chiropractor once a week. Believe me when I say this, I have tried EVERYTHING! Every diet to shed weight, every kind of physical therapy/self care to eliminate pain and inflammation and almost every kind of exercise to help with it ALL. Finally my new chiropractor said my hip flexers and core was very week which made my body compensate in ways it shouldn’t, causing lots of inflammation and tense muscles not allowing by body to hold my adjustments very long. She recommended I do something to strengthen my core and hip flexers. A good friend of mine recommended Pilates Reformer so I tried it out. I really thought it would be awhile before I was able to see the benefits but after just 8 classes, along with eating a balanced diet, my strength and my body has changed so much! Pilates has strengthened my core and hip flexers so much that I was able to wait 9 days before I had to go back to chiropractor for adjustment. That’s 4 days longer than before! That might not seem like a big deal to those who don’t have to go to chiropractor but my pocket book is liking the break $$$$. As far as the scale, it has only moved a few lbs but I try not to focus a lot on that considering muscle weighs more than fat. And I’ve lost several inches all over my body. This is the part I’ve been so shocked about. My strength!! I was able to do 10 burpees in a row X’s 4 sets, which blew my mind! Blew my husbands mind as he sat there and watched! And this past Monday I was able to do 15 burpees in a row. I’m so shocked and so blown away by my progress in just a short period of time. I have a ways to go but for the first time in a long time reaching my goal seems doable. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IM=Pilates in Mansfield! The Instructors are very welcoming and attentive to making sure you have correct form, lots of classes and time slots to choose from and the facility and machines are very clean and organized! Pilates is my new best friend :) Love this place!

Newbie here. (: I went for the first time yesterday and I was nervous about going but I can confidently say I felt comfortable and at home as soon as walked in and throughout the class! I absolutely loved my experience here. KaCee was our amazing instructor and she helped and encouraged everyone and was so kind. If you’re thinking about making the investment in Pilates, it is worth it! It is high intensity but low impact. I feel stretched more than sore which is probably the best feeling after a workout. I have been talking to my mom non-stop about it since yesterday and am purchasing her classes too. Thank you to my new Pilates home!

I joined about 2 months ago thinking I would just enjoy 10 classes for fun.. well here I am and I’m hooked! I love it here. The classes are always a good work out and I always leave feeling energetic and accomplished. All 3 instructors are wonderful and keep the workouts fresh and fun so you don’t get bored. Give it a try, you won’t regret it.

If you’re looking for a new workout routine, you need to try IM=X Pilates! Ever since starting I stopped having back and hip pains from sitting at my desk all day. My body is transforming and I am feeling so good mentally and physically. Michelle (Owner) is the sweetest! She will guide you through the workouts and knows what she’s talking about. Best decision I’ve ever made for my health and body. If you’re feeling skeptical and unsure, there’s a free intro class that you can try first. I look forward to going because I know I’m going to feel amazing afterwards!

If you are looking for a place to exercise that is clean, new workout machines, large open area, a separate tower exercise room, a private room if you want private classes, and a very knowledgeable staff, stop in and ask for Michelle. You won't be disappointed!

The reformers are bigger style, the springs are stronger because the instructors uses more on heavier side.
The workouts are medium pace - they tend to use the same methods repeatedly overall using the proper methods correctly is getting a good workout. The bare classes are a good challenge
Definitely worth your workout time. Each instructor brings a variety of challenges - instilling proper technique. It is not all classical Pilates - has the Imx twist added.

I love it at IM=X Pilates in Mansfield! I’ve always struggled to find a fitness routine that I enjoy. The gym is not my jam, but once I found this studio it changed everything for me! I’ve never seen or felt results in my body faster than with these workouts. I enjoy both the reformer and tower/barre classes! The instructors are so great and I’m so glad I decided to try Pilates. I actually look forward to my workouts now!

Great place with great people.  I have enjoyed every class.  I am slowly getting stronger and have already noticed more flexibility.  At 62 and post a full knee replacement, I am really pleased with my progress.  The instructors are all patient and helpful as well as encouraging.  I am definitely continuing my membership.

I really like IMX Pilates. Scheduling is super simple, and they communicate via text if needed which is convenient. I’ve been a few times now and the classes are challenging and effective. I really appreciate Stephanie for going out of her way to make sure she gives form corrections, shout outs using your name during the session, and even introducing you to your class by saying each person’s name before the class starts. It’s small personal touches like this that makes this studio great in my opinion!

I always love this place for a great workout and good direction. Never overly crowded and personalized!! Best instructors and  reformers around Mansfield.

I have been going for 3 weeks now and am absolutely in love! Instructors correct form and provide clear instructions and visualization in every class. I love how engaging and motivating all the instructors are. They definitely push you to become stronger and more flexible!

Pilates was recommended to me by my doctor as a way to nurse a back injury. It's been almost a year and I love it. My back feels stronger, I've lost weight,  and I've gotten more toned. I highly  recommend.  The instructors at this studio are great and  I like that the classes are 45 minute. I feel accomplished by the end.

This is the best Pilates studio I’ve ever been to. I am constantly being challenged and the instructors are very knowledgeable but also very kind. They truly take an interest in you and your goals and they ensure you get what you’re looking for in your classes.

I've been attending IM=X in Mansfield since November 2023. I've attended 26 classes and have done about 3-4x a week the past month. I love the group atmosphere. It was a great place for me to start and I've seen improvement with mobility, flexibility, and overall strength. I plan to keep it going! Def recommend this Pilates studio if you're looking for a low impact workout. It's great for all fitness levels.

Battling a lifelong struggle with weight and body image, I left the corporate world to pursue my passion for helping others develop a more healthy lifestyle. The IM=X® formula gives me the variety of formats to keep the workouts challenging and fun, while effectively trimming and toning the whole body. It is this quality "me time" that keeps me sane and smiling when spending time with my husband and 7 fur babies. I have lived in the DFW area since 2002 and am now considered a true Texan for life.

Studio Owner & IM=X® Pilates Certified Instructor

I discovered IM=X Pilates in August 2023 when I began teaching yoga weekly. It was during this time that I was introduced to the IM=X Pilates Reformer. I quickly fell in love with the fun and dynamic flow of each class. The gentle resistance training is easy on my joints while delivering a comprehensive full-body workout. Regardless of who’s teaching, I find the experience enjoyable and uplifting. I’m thrilled to add this certification to my credentials, allowing me to join a team of exceptional instructors and lead members in their pursuit of personal fitness goals. In my spare time, I love spending quality moments with my husband and our two college-aged children. I also enjoy working out/playing pickleball, sports, getting lost in a good book, relaxing on my patio swing, and traveling.

IM=X® Yoga and IM=X® Pilates Certified Instructor

I attended an introduction to IMX Pilates back in September of last year. I was in LOVE. I enjoyed the versatility the program provided, actually giving you a full body workout with an emphasis on strengthening the core. I was interested in making it a regular part of my life, so joined as a member in October. When I learned that there was a training to get certified as an instructor, I signed right up. I absolutely love the benefits I have gotten so far, and can't wait to help other women get stronger and leaner on their own fitness journey. I look forward to learning all that I can, and provide a fun and challenging workout to the members at IMX Pilates no matter their skill level. I live in Arlington TX with my husband of 38 years. We have two darling ShihTzu dogs, Coco age 3 and Cosmo age 20! They keep us young with their shenanigans. We also have one grown son, Tyler, that lives in Austin where he was born. My loves are being outdoors hiking and exploring, traveling to new places and thrifting. I can’t wait to get to know YOU better.

IM=X® Pilates Certified Instructor

I have always enjoyed exercise whether it be walking, karate with my 4 kids or teaching PE to preschoolers. In 2021 I had neck surgery which left me weak and looking for some type of gym or exercise routine to regain my strength. The IM=X sign was calling my name. I signed up for the free trial session with my husband. Once the class was over, I told my husband I needed to be at IM=X everyday. Since April of 2023, I have been committed to strengthening myself both physically and mentally at IM=X with a great group of members. If I’m not at IM=X, I am enjoying my new grandson Jack or out and about with my hubby of 30 years trying to find great Italian food.

I am so glad that I found IM=X Pilates. A former dance teacher for over 20 years and professional dancer and performer, I am passionate about being active, teaching and leading a healthy lifestyle. After a few knee and foot injuries, I was glad to finally find a workout and movement style and technique that provided a good and beneficial full body workout without being hard on the joints. Reformer Pilates and Tower Barre are just that! I am excited to work with and teach others on their journey to taking care of their bodies. Hi, I’m Kelsi Baez, who’s always had a passion for movement. I played college softball for four years and went on to coach, which fueled my love for teaching and helping others reach their goals. For years, I was dedicated to heavy lifting, but in 2022 I discovered Pilates — and it completely transformed how I connected with my body. I began moving in ways that felt good, building strength while protecting my joints, and leaving every workout feeling energized instead of worn down. Now, I bring that same approach to my classes: combining athletic discipline with mindful movement, helping clients find their own balance of strength, control, and confidence. My goal is to make every session a place where you feel challenged, supported, and proud of what your body can do.

I discovered IMX=Pilates in November 2023, and it quickly became a game-changer in my fitness journey. As someone who has been strength training for over three years, incorporating Pilates into my routine helped me build a stronger core, improve overall balance, and deepen my connection with movement. The results were so powerful that I felt called to become a certified instructor—and now, I'm proud to help others experience the same transformation. My goal as an instructor is to inspire others and show that Pilates truly works—I’m living proof! Whether you're just starting out or looking to complement your current training, I’m here to guide and support you toward your goals.
